Meat: Loué poultry, Challan duck, Jambon de Vendée

Seafood: Croisic cockles, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie sardines, Vendée Atlantique oysters, Loire salmon, Bouchot mussels, Pike, Sea lamprey, Zander, Eel, Cuttlefish

Cheese: Curé Nantais, Port Salut, Saint-Paulin, Trappe de la Coudre, Vendée goat cheese
