Since June 2012, ‘La Vélodyssée’ a north-south bike trail links Brittany to the Basque Country, from Roscoff to Hendaye. 750 miles/1200 km of signposted cycling, the longest in France.
Pedal your way through 10 of France's coastal departments, breathing in the sea air with the Atlantic Ocean at your side.

In the Pays de la Loire follow the towpath along the Nantes to Brest Canal. Then, after Nantes, join a section of the Loire à Vélo trail before connecting with the cycle paths on the Vendée coast. Free-wheeling fun for everyone!
