‘Au Fil de La Loire’ (meaning literally “Along the thread of the Loire”) is dedicated to promoting the unique heritage of the Anjou Region.
Created in 2004, its mission is to reveal the secrets of this amazing part of the world to an overseas public. The members represent the richness and authenticity of the region and include châteaux, abbeys and wildlife parks, winemakers and local artisans as well as restaurants, hôtels, B&Bs, campsites and family-run holiday accommodation.
The association (comprised of 24 members) will be present at the “France Show”, Great Britain’s largest Tourism Fair dedicated to all things French.
Held at Earl’s Court in London from the 18th to the 20th of January 2013, you’ll find everything to make your next trip memorable: stunning châteaux, historical sites, French artisans and their local crafts, quality accommodation and restaurants, recreational ideas, exclusive wine tasting tours, cookery workshops and language courses.
Visitors to the fair can sample wines and other gastronomic delights, get tips on the art of French cooking, get the inside track on the best holiday destinations and plan your visit to Anjou Loire Valley!
