‘Le Favre d’Anne’: a Michelin star in Angers 30.05.2016

A lovely old 19th-century mansion on the River Maine which looks out across at the magnificent castle in Angers.

Mathilde and Pascal Favre d’Anne have a Michelin star for their restaurant, Le Favre d'Anne . Although Pascal’s presentation reflects his native Savoy, with slate and regional linens, his dishes are based on the Loire Valley’s superb fresh, local produce. Mathilde is the wine expert, with more than 250 different wines in the cellar. Pascal also worked for a star chef: Marc Veyrat in Annecy.
