The holiday village at Villiers-Charlemagne in the Mayenne is the perfect spot for a family getaway or a serious fishing holiday. The location is all about reconnecting with nature. Some of the chalets have terraces that actually sit 'on' the lake. 

The chalets are comfortable and well-equipped; everything you need for your holiday and there is even a separate room to clean and prepare your catch. There are a total of 12 chalets each sleeping up to 8 people.

The lakes are continuously restocked with carp, perch, pike and other fish and you can choose from on lake of nearly 32 acres, a smaller one of an acre and several rivers close by.

There are plenty of other things to do nearby: horse riding, playing golf or taking a bike ride and exploring the surrounding lovely villages, markets, châteaux and countryside.
