The Mare aux Oiseaux is based in a gorgeous setting: an idyllic location in the Brière Natural Park in the Loire Atlantique. The young chef and owner, Eric uses the finest local produce and creates dishes that are a delight to both the palate and the eye. Creative, contemporary cuisine with Eastern undertones combines with traditional touches and the result is an explosion of all the senses.
