Brézé: full of surprises 14.06.2012

Brézé is a rare example of a troglodyte chateau, complete with 16th and 19th century battlements and surrounded by vineyards.

There are wine cellars, a press and a mill to visit, as well as miles of underground galleries and an 18 metre deep dry moat (the deepest in Europe).

It is also famous for its wines that have been produced here since the 15th-century.
