Gaelle, who organizes the holidays, is a passionate horse woman. She realizes that not all of us are as competent as Olympic horse woman, Zara Phillips, and that horse riding is for everyone! Only 26 years old, Gaelle did not create these holidays on her own; she had the perfect assistant in the beautiful ‘Ultima’, her horse and companion on all her travels. Together they have explored countryside, forest and beaches and experienced memorable rides, so we can be confident that all the ‘escapes’ featured are exceptional.

Having worked on the other side of the world, in New Caledonia and on a ranch in New Zealand, Gaelle brought all her love of the outdoors back to France. Experience has taught her that the region is one of the best places in the world to explore on horse-back.
